We're very pleased to announce the appointment of former Grubs Up Operations Director Nick Irvine as Sales Director of The Mostro group.

Nick has a proven track record of achieving substantial growth and innovation in the mobile food to go industry, most recently working as a consultant to one of the biggest food to go operators in the market. His experience and insight in this industry are unparalleled.

My objectives for the next 12 months are to increase revenue for the company and its franchisees by improving and extending the current lunch trade, to increase brand awareness in our operational areas, and to find and launch 5 more franchisees.”
