Jon has always been and entrepreneur at heart, having managed a small chain fast food outlets and restaurants on the south coast, gaining experience before starting his own successful events and corporate catering business. Jon track record of growing food bases businesses has resulted in a keen eye for keeping control of costs, managing supply chains, and driving ROI all of which are now focussed on Mostro Pizza UK.
Lee has over 40 years’ experience in catering and has designed and build several ‘first to market’ food trucks. In 1985 he pioneered the sale of pre-packed sandwiches and microwavable snacks in petrol stations across the South of England. Lee was also one of the earliest operators of the hot & cold American style food truck, selling food at the workplace, growing to over 30 vehicles in multiple depots. All of this knowledge has gone into the production of the Mostro Bespoke Pizza Truck another ‘game changer’. Lee’s years of experience will oversee improvements in food technology, our bespoke systems, and overall strategy for Mostro Pizza UK.
